Achillea, commonly known as yarrow or milfoil, is a hardy herbaceous perennial plant prized for its fern-like foliage and flat-topped flower clusters. 

It is a versatile plant with both ornamental and historical medicinal uses. 

Foliage: Achillea typically features aromatic, finely divided (lacy or fern-like) leaves that form dense clumps.

Flowers: It produces large, flat-topped flower heads (called corymbs) made up of many small, daisy-like flowers. These bloom from summer into autumn.
