Also known as Showy Honey Myrtle as it is grown for its dense foliage and mauve pom pom flowers, appearing in spring and summer.
Growing 2-4m tall and 4m wide. Tolerates frost. An excellent screen. A great low maintenance plant. With pruning and training, it can be grown as a small ornamental tree with an attractive, twisted trunk and a dense canopy.
